From large companies to small, from Sr. Management to IT Operations, I have worked in large enterprises and small startup companies. Each has its own flavor and needs. I have worked with large teams and as an individual contributor, and have learned where our industry is hungry for skill, talent, and passion. I understand the fluctuations and fickleness of the Information Technology world. What it often doesn’t have is a good path for the individual to “move up” in their world.
I graduated from College of Executive Coaching in March of 2021, after an extensive and rewarding program. I’m certified to deliver EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 Assessments, as well as delivering Myers Briggs and VIA Character Strengths assessments. I take a positive approach to coaching; your skills and talents should be enhanced and highlighted. Using these assessments, Appreciative Inquiry, and positive processes, we will bring those skills to the forefront and work to bring your career to its highest potential.
