Share Challenges, Spark Solutions, Shine as a Leader

A 60-minute monthly workshop where new and emerging leaders tackle real challenges together – and walk away with something they can actually use.
Leadership Shouldn’t Be Lonely
- You know that feeling when you’re supposed to lead, but you’re not sure you’re doing it right?
- When you give direction and wonder if people respect you?
- When you’re told to “be a leader” but nobody actually tells you what that means?
- When you feel like an imposter in every meeting?
You’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
You’re just doing this without a map. Without support.
What Leadership Lab LIVE! Is
This isn’t another webinar where someone talks at you for an hour.
This is a working session where we share challenges, spark solutions, and shine as leaders.
We tackle real leadership challenges together – the messy, in-the-trenches stuff that doesn’t fit in a LinkedIn post or a leadership book.
Here’s how it works:
1. I set up the challenge – a real leadership situation that emerging leaders face (communication breakdowns, team conflicts, setting boundaries, finding your voice, navigating politics, etc.) And I love to here what you bring to the workshop. Either way, we’ll start with a new leadership challenge.
2. You share in small groups (2-3 people) – discuss how you’d handle it, what you’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t. These are 10 minutes, TOPS!
3. We spark solutions together – dig into strategies, frameworks, and truth-telling that your own manager probably won’t give you
4. You shine as a leader – leave with something concrete you can use immediately: a strategy, a script, a mindset shift, a practice
What Makes This Different
It’s collaborative. You’re not just listening. You’re working with other leaders who get it, sharing real challenges, and building solutions together.
It’s authentic. I don’t do corporate speak or theoretical frameworks. I tell you the truth about what leadership actually requires – even when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s practical. Every session is designed around real situations you’re facing right now. No academic theory. No “someday when you’re a VP” advice. Just what you need today.
It’s ongoing. Leadership isn’t a one-time fix. This is a monthly practice where you get better, session by session, challenge by challenge.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
- You’re a new or aspiring leader (project manager, program manager, team lead, first-time manager)
- You want to lead, not just manage
- You’re tired of feeling like you’re making it up as you go
- You want honest feedback and real strategies, not platitudes
- You’re in the trenches and need practical help, not theory
Who This Is NOT For
This isn’t for:
- C-suite executives (you need a different model)
- Managers who are about to retire
- People who already feel confident about their leadership and have had years of success
- Anyone looking for academic frameworks or theory
This is for leaders who are in it right now and need real help.
