Leadership takes many forms. Women tend to view leadership as sitting behind a desk, directing employees, and managing a budget. It’s not about setting policy. It’s about empowering people to creative, supportive, and energized. Leadership is about making the world a better place. My clients have ranged from pre-school teachers to lawyers. to technical project managers. They are from tech, legal, education, and even sports! My clients all have one thing in common: the desire to be better at the art and science of leadership. They desire to empower their teams and create communities of happy, productive, and excited people.

I do my monthly webinars for others not only to give a little something to them but to let them know about what I offer and how I can help. In addition to the Confident Leader Blueprint program, I do personal coaching as well, for very specific problems. My CLB program is built to give your leadership YOUR voice, your authentic style.
